- When minting the "Medium Verify Field Published Stories > 1" zkSBT, it is essential to click on "Published" to trigger the verification popup window. Please ensure that you have more than one published story for this option to work.
- To trigger the verification popup window for minting the "Discord Verify Field zkPass Community Member" zkSBT, you need to click on the Discord avatar located in the bottom left corner. By clicking on the avatar, you initiate the verification process and prompt the popup window to appear.
- To trigger the verification popup window for minting the "Coursera Verify Field Learning Cryptography Course I" zkSBT, you should be in a learning state on Coursera. Once you are on the "https://www.coursera.org/in-progress" page, you can click on a specific course that you are currently enrolled in and actively learning.
A: Verification timeouts during the zkPass Pre-alpha Testnet are commonly caused by network instability, particularly when using VPN tools.
Try again when the network is stable and the internet speed is good. You can also consider switching IP addresses or changing your internet provider nodes as a possible solution to this problem.
