Introduction
Welcome to zkPass, a private data protocol leveraging 3P-TLS and Hybrid ZK technologies, offers tools and applications for secure, verifiable data sharing with privacy and integrity assurances. It enables users to selectively validate their data from any HTTPS website to the Web3 world, covering various data types such as legal identity, financial records, healthcare information, social interactions, work experience, education, and skill certifications. These verifications are done securely locally and privately, without the need to disclose or upload sensitive personal data to third parties. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zkPass website ("Site") and our services ("Services").

Access to and use of our services from any country or region not explicitly supported is prohibited. This ensures compliance with international legal standards and local regulatory frameworks governing the deployment and use of blockchain-based applications and digital currencies.
Use of Protocols
In the course of using zkPass Protocol or Products, specifically when engaging with the 3P-TLS Protocol for three-party handshake computations, provers may incur a nominal compute gas fee of approximately $0.10. This fee, which is similar to network gas on Layer 2 networks, depends on the availability of computational resources. If these resources are ample, or if a third party has prepaid, no gas fees will be charged to the prover.
For instance, to reduce the barrier to entry for crypto operations and to encourage more Web2 users to transition to Web3, we will implement the ERC-4337 protocol during specific campaigns. During these campaigns, zkPass will serve as the paymaster and absorb the gas fees for all provers. This arrangement ensures that participation in these campaigns is free of charge for provers.
The purpose of the compute gas fee is to manage a variety of operational costs associated with maintaining the protocol. These costs include extensive computations for Multiparty Computation, VOLE generation, Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) verification, and Threshold Signature Scheme (TSS) signatures. The compute gas fee helps to mitigate these costs, thereby supporting the sustainability of the project and ensuring its smooth operation. It also serves as a deterrent against malicious actors who might otherwise duplicately claim airdrop tokens to exploit the system, thus preserving the fairness and security of the ecosystem rewards.
Important Reminder: to ensure the efficient use of computational and gas resources, it is advisable not to use multiple addresses to attest the same schema with the same account. Doing so will overwrite previous attestations, resulting in unnecessary resource consumption without yielding additional rewards.
